Stan models are lowered to a graph of operations over
precompiled 'stan-math' kernels rather than translated to C++
and compiled, so preparing a model takes milliseconds instead
of minutes. Provides adaptive Hamiltonian Monte Carlo with the
diagnostics a Bayesian workflow needs (rank-normalized split
R-hat, bulk and tail effective sample size, E-BFMI), and L-BFGS
optimization. The runtime library is downloaded on first use
rather than bundled; see stanli_install().</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/seantalts/actions/runs/38153964673</link><pubDate>Sun, 11 Oct 2026 12:10:06 GMT</pubDate><r:package>stanli</r:package><r:version>0.20.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://seantalts.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/seantalts/stanli</r:upstream></item></channel></rss>
